Terms & Conditions

  • By purchasing cupcakes / a bouquet or any product from The Cupcake Company we are making the reasonable assumption that you have read and accepted our terms and conditions in full. 
  • All prices are as displayed on our site and priced according to your specifications of design and the size of cupcakes/bouquet. Prices are non-negotiable.
  • All payments are taken in full in advance of physically making your order.
  • All products are made to order and available for collection only from The Cupcake Company listed address, unless we have agreed special arrangements with you directly.
  • Any orders not collected due to sickness or extreme circumstances are refundable only at The Cupcake Companys’ discretion. 
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund of any order placed should we deem it unreasonable or unsuitable to do so. 
  • As full payment is taken in advance, deposits are not usually necessary.
  • If a deposit is agreed with you – this will be discussed individually and finalised at a consultation between customer and The Cupcake Company. Deposits are thereafter non-refundable. 
  • Once an order is placed, adjustments and alterations may only be made at the discretion of The Cupcake Company on an individual basis. We reserve the right to refuse any adjustments and alterations after an order is finalised.
  • Collection times are agreed directly with The Cupcake Company and our customer by telephone.  Once agreed, it is your responsibility to adhere to the chosen time and date. Failure to do so may result in your order being resold. Any rescheduled collection times will be solely at the discretion of The Cupcake Company and cannot be guaranteed under any circumstances.
  • Due to the perishable nature of these products, we do not recommend keeping them longer than three days. There are no refunds available on any perishable item. 
  • Refrigeration can alter the flavour and texture of the product. Store in a cool, dry place if necessary. 
  • Any allergies MUST be declared at the time of placing your order.  The Cupcake Company hold no responsibility for any food allergies or reactions that are not declared at time of purchase.
  • Due to the nature of these products, we cannot always guarantee 100% uniformity in colours from order to order, separate batches may vary slightly, however we always endeavour to keep consistency.
  • Final designs and layouts are ultimately at the final discretion of The Cupcake Company to ensure the best possible result for each individual customer. Different sized cupcakes and bouquets contain different variants of design and colours. 
  • If you are in any way unhappy with your order, please inform us promptly so that we can rectify any issues in a timely fashion. Refunds or replacements cannot be issued without return of product.
